Riccardo Gianino
CEO & Founder
An Economics graduate from the University of Sassari, he rose from entry-level roles in large-scale retail to Director and Leasing Manager positions with leading marketing and development companies. In 2009 he founded Masema with Giuseppe Fadda, and today he leads the company towards national and international growth alongside Raimondo and Pierpaolo Tilocca. Over twenty years he has managed businesses ranging from fuel and food service to fashion and footwear retail, bars and shopping centres. His versatility has also made him a published author.
